Jean (pictured left) has been working at the library for over twenty years and Anita (pictured right) has been with us for fourteen years. Theirs are the friendly faces who will help you find the information that you are seeking. Feel free to ask them questions ranging from computers to bestsellers. They are always ready to help!

Librarian

Valerie Madorma is the community librarian. She has previously served as both the community librarian and the Frazier Middle School-High School librarian. Valerie retired from her position as a teacher-librarian in 2010 and has since focused her efforts on the community library. Valerie is in charge of purchases and cataloging and works with school librarian Cheryl Kilburn to provide patrons with a comprehensive and diverse collection.

For a great book recommendation, ask her what she's reading!

Library Board

The Library Board works to bring programs to the community and funding to the library. It meets monthly in the library. The library celebrated its 50th anniversary on Nov. 10, 2010. The board served a high tea for library patrons and sponsored a vintage fur fashion show to honor the library's original benefactress, Mary Fuller Frazier.

Current projects include preparing for the annual Bunco fundraiser (celebrating its 10th year in 2014) and returning the Flame of Knowledge to its original location by the library.
